Child Safety Standards

RoseChats is a live video social platform for meeting people online, and it is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for any presence of minors on the platform.
Adults only (18+)
RoseChats is intended for adults. Minors may not create an account or use RoseChats under any circumstances. When you join, you are required to confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
If we have reason to believe an account belongs to a minor, we remove that account from the platform.
Zero tolerance for CSAE
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, and any attempt to involve, contact, or exploit a minor are strictly prohibited on RoseChats. This applies to text, images, video, links, and any other content shared on the platform.
There are no warnings and no second chances for this conduct. Any confirmed violation results in an immediate and permanent ban.
How we detect and act
Reports submitted through RoseChats are reviewed by our moderation team. We provide in-product report-and-block tools so users can flag concerns quickly, and our moderation work is focused on removing bad actors from the community.
When a report is confirmed, the offending content is removed immediately and the responsible account is permanently banned. We treat reports relating to minors and CSAE with the highest priority.
Reporting a minor or CSAE
If you believe a minor is using RoseChats, or if you encounter child sexual abuse or exploitation, do not engage with the user. Use the in-product Report tool right away.

We escalate credible reports to the appropriate authorities and child-protection organisations, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States.
