2. Your Account

3. How RoseChats Works

RoseChats helps users meet people online through random video chat, 1v1 video chat, online users, video feeds, private chat, and free matches or other matching features.

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time. Matching and availability are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee who you will meet, how many matches you will receive, or that the service will always be available.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RoseChats for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, or misleading purpose. You must not:

• Use RoseChats if you are under 18.
• Harass, threaten, shame, pressure, or abuse others.
• Display nudity, sexual behavior, or explicit content.
• Send sexual harassment or explicit pressure.
• Promote hate, violence, or discrimination.
• Use spam, scams, phishing, or suspicious links.
• Create fake profiles or impersonate others.
• Collect personal information from other users without permission.
• Share another user’s private information without consent.
• Record, screenshot, publish, or redistribute another user’s video, messages, profile, or private content without consent.
• Interfere with, scrape, reverse engineer, attack, or misuse the service.
• Use RoseChats in a way that breaks the Community Guidelines.

5. User Content

You are responsible for the content you create, upload, display, send, or share on RoseChats. You keep ownership of your content, but you grant RoseChats a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, transmit, moderate, and use your content as needed to operate, improve, protect, and provide the service. You must have the rights needed to share your content, and it must follow these Terms and the Community Guidelines.

6. Live Video, Messages, and Privacy

Live video chat requires camera and microphone access. You control these permissions through your browser or device settings. You should not record, screenshot, publish, or redistribute another user’s video, messages, profile, or private content without consent.

RoseChats may review reports, moderation signals, account activity, and relevant content where needed for safety, enforcement, legal compliance, or service protection. For more information, read our Privacy Policy.

7. Reporting and Enforcement

If someone breaks the rules, you may report the user or content. RoseChats may review reports using automated systems, human review, or both. If we believe a user has broken these Terms or the Community Guidelines, we may take action, including:

• Warning the user
• Removing content
• Restricting features
• Blocking interactions
• Suspending or removing an account
• Taking other steps needed to protect the community

We may also take action without prior notice when needed for safety, legal, or security reasons.

8. Free Matches, Credits, and Payments

RoseChats may offer free matches, credits, subscriptions, or paid features. The availability, amount, expiration, and use of free matches or credits may change at any time. Paid features, prices, and benefits will be shown before purchase when applicable.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Digital items, credits, subscriptions, or paid features may be non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase. You are never charged unless you choose to make a purchase.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

RoseChats may include links, integrations, analytics, payment tools, or other third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, policies, or actions. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Service Availability

We work to keep RoseChats available, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

11. Termination

You may stop using RoseChats at any time, and you may request account deletion where available. RoseChats may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if we believe you violated these Terms, broke the Community Guidelines, created risk for other users, or misused the service.

RoseChats is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee the behavior, identity, intentions, or statements of other users. You are responsible for your interactions and should use caution when meeting people online. To the extent permitted by law, RoseChats disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and security.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, RoseChats will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
