Data Deletion & Your Rights
RoseChats is designed to collect as little personal information as possible. You stay in control: you can ask us to access the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it.

This page explains how to request access to or deletion of your RoseChats data, what we delete, what we may need to keep, and the privacy rights you may have where you live.
How to Request Deletion
To delete your data, email us at support#rosechats.com (replace the # with @) from the email address or account you used on RoseChats, and let us know that you want your data deleted.
To protect your account, we may first need to verify that the request is really coming from you before we act on it. You can also reach us through our contact page.
What Gets Deleted / What We Keep
When we process a valid deletion request, we remove your account data and settings from RoseChats.
We may retain a minimal record where the law requires it — for example, limited transaction records and safety or abuse logs needed for tax, fraud prevention, or other legal obligations. We keep only what is necessary and for no longer than required.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have privacy rights under laws such as the GDPR in the EU and UK or the CCPA in California. These can include the right to:
Access
Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Correct
Ask us to fix information that is wrong or out of date.
Delete
Ask us to delete your account data, subject to a few legal exceptions.
Object
Object to or restrict certain processing of your information.
We honor valid requests in line with the laws that apply to you.
Timeline
We act on valid requests within a reasonable period after we receive them and confirm your identity. If a request needs more time or additional information, we will let you know.
RoseChats Does Not Record Your Live Video
RoseChats does not record your live video chats and does not keep your camera stream. Your live video is used only to connect you with another person in real time.
