If someone breaks the rules, makes you uncomfortable, or behaves in a suspicious or unsafe way, you can report them on RoseChats. Reporting helps our team review harmful behavior and protect the community — and you can block users to prevent further contact.

If you are unsure whether something should be reported, it is usually better to report it and let the team review the situation.

If someone sends harmful messages, suspicious links, threats, harassment, or inappropriate content, report the conversation.
If a profile looks fake, misleading, underage, abusive, or against the rules, report it from the user’s profile when available.
If you cannot report inside the product, contact the RoseChats support team and include as much detail as possible.
Your report helps RoseChats understand what happened and which user or content should be reviewed.
Blocking helps prevent further contact. If automatic blocking is available in the product, the reported user may be blocked from contacting you after the report.
Reports may be reviewed by automated systems, human moderators, or both, depending on the case and available evidence.
If a user breaks the rules, RoseChats may remove content, restrict features, suspend the account, or take other appropriate action.
