Report a User on RoseChats

If someone breaks the rules, makes you uncomfortable, or behaves in a suspicious or unsafe way, you can report them on RoseChats. Reporting helps our team review harmful behavior and protect the community — and you can block users to prevent further contact.

When to Report Someone

Please report a user if you experience or see:

  • Nudity or sexual behavior
  • Harassment, threats, or abuse
  • Hate speech or discriminatory content
  • Spam, scams, phishing, or suspicious links
  • Fake profiles or impersonation
  • Underage users
  • Requests for money or private information
  • Behavior that breaks the Community Guidelines

If you are unsure whether something should be reported, it is usually better to report it and let the team review the situation.

Where You Can Report

During a Video Chat

If something inappropriate happens during a live video chat, leave the conversation and use the report option when available.

In Private Chat

If someone sends harmful messages, suspicious links, threats, harassment, or inappropriate content, report the conversation.

On a User Profile

If a profile looks fake, misleading, underage, abusive, or against the rules, report it from the user’s profile when available.

Through Contact Support

If you cannot report inside the product, contact the RoseChats support team and include as much detail as possible.

What Happens After You Report

  1. 1

    The Report Is Submitted

Your report helps RoseChats understand what happened and which user or content should be reviewed.

  2. 2

    You Can Block the User

Blocking helps prevent further contact. If automatic blocking is available in the product, the reported user may be blocked from contacting you after the report.

  3. 3

    RoseChats Reviews the Situation

Reports may be reviewed by automated systems, human moderators, or both, depending on the case and available evidence.

  4. 4

    Action May Be Taken

If a user breaks the rules, RoseChats may remove content, restrict features, suspend the account, or take other appropriate action.

What to Include in a Support Report

If you contact support manually, please include:

  • Your RoseChats account email or username
  • The reported user’s username or profile link, if available
  • A short description of what happened
  • The date and approximate time
  • Any screenshots or details that may help review the issue

Do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the report.
