Do not pressure people to share private information, move conversations somewhere else, send photos, reveal personal details, or continue chatting when they are uncomfortable. Users should be able to leave any chat at any time without explanation.
RoseChats is for meeting people through respectful online conversation. Nudity, sexual behavior, explicit content, sexual pressure, and sexual harassment are not allowed in video chat, private messages, profiles, or video feeds. If you see this behavior, leave the conversation and report it.
Do not use RoseChats to attack, threaten, bully, shame, or target another person. Hate speech, discriminatory behavior, violent threats, and abusive language are not allowed — in video chat, private chat, usernames, profile content, comments, and video feed content.
Do not use RoseChats for spam, phishing, scams, misleading behavior, fake profiles, impersonation, or attempts to collect money or private information from other users. Profiles should be genuine, and users should not pretend to be someone else.
Do not post, display, request, promote, or distribute illegal, violent, abusive, exploitative, or harmful content. RoseChats may remove content or accounts that put users or the platform at risk.
Do not share someone else’s private information without permission. Do not record, screenshot, publish, or redistribute another user’s video, messages, profile, or private content without consent. Protect your own information too.

If someone breaks these rules, report the behavior. Reporting helps RoseChats review harmful activity and take action when appropriate. You can also block users to prevent further contact.
Report a UserRoseChats may review reports, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or remove users who break these Community Guidelines or the Terms of Service. Enforcement decisions may depend on the severity, frequency, and context of the behavior.
