Open the start page, allow camera and microphone access in your browser, and you will be matched with another online user for a one-to-one video chat. From there you can keep talking or move to the next match whenever you like.

You can start chatting quickly. Creating an account helps keep the community real and gives you access to more features, but you can begin exploring RoseChats with very little setup.

Yes. RoseChats is for adults only and you confirm that you are 18 or older when you join. We do not allow underage users on the platform.

RoseChats pairs you with another online user for a one-to-one video conversation. Each match is a private video room with a single person, so you are only ever face to face with one other user at a time.

If a conversation is not the right fit, use the next or skip control to leave and be matched with someone else. You are never required to continue a chat that you do not enjoy.

You can set preferences and interests to help guide who you meet. Picking interests makes it easier to find people who enjoy similar topics, though every match still depends on who is online at that moment.

If few people are online at a quiet hour, matches can take a little longer. Try again after a short wait or at a busier time of day, and you will usually find more people available to chat.

RoseChats is free to start. You can begin meeting people and chatting over video without paying upfront. Some features use coins, but you do not need them to start a conversation.

Coins are an in-app balance that unlocks certain optional features inside RoseChats. The exact features that use coins, and what each one costs, are shown on the relevant page inside the app so you always see the details before you use them.

You can top up your coin balance from within the app when you choose to use a feature that requires them. The available options and amounts are displayed in the app at the moment you need them.

No feature that uses coins is charged without your action. You decide if and when to use coins, and the in-app details make it clear what a feature costs before you confirm.

If someone makes you uncomfortable or breaks the rules, end the conversation and use the report or block tools. Reporting helps us review harmful behavior, and blocking helps you avoid further contact with that user. You can learn more on our Safety page.

Yes. RoseChats reviews reports of harmful behavior and acts on conduct that breaks our Community Guidelines. Using the report tools helps us keep the community safer for everyone.

We aim to collect only what is needed to run the service. We do not record your video chats. To understand exactly what is collected and how it is handled, please read our Privacy Policy.

RoseChats does not record your live video conversations. As with any video call, the other person could record their own screen, so keep anything truly private off camera. See the Safety page for more tips.

Live video chat needs camera and microphone permission so you can see and hear the person you are matched with. Your browser will ask for access, and you can grant it when you start a chat.

Yes. RoseChats runs right in your web browser using standard real-time video, so there is nothing to install to begin chatting.
